“Over the past year and a half, once or twice a week, I have been practicing yoga with Liat Pakes. For me, yoga is a sport that keeps me in shape. However, yoga has an additional essential aspect, perhaps its most important aspect, and that is, it gives one peace of mind. Yoga prepares you for meditation. Though I have not gotten there yet, perhaps one day I will. In the meantime, until then I will persevere and continue to practice with Liat.”
